2007
Robyn Rickenbach founds Springboard International as a thought partner to leaders working to connect their people, process, and strategy. The work started with listening, and it still does.
2019
Vantage Group and its president, Kim Stoneking, join Springboard. The move expands the firm’s capabilities and expertise and adds experienced consultants to the team clients work with.
2021
Dan Weaver and Gloria Reynolds, both former Springboard clients, become the firm’s owners. They knew firsthand what the work could do, because they had seen it from the client’s side.
2026
Dr. Robbyn Wacker joins as Managing Partner and Dr. Candice Knight as Senior Strategic Advisor, and Springboard launches its Higher Education Practice.
