Dr. Knight brings more than two decades of experience helping people and organizations do their best work. Her unique approach combines analytical rigor with creative, practical problem solving. She has led leadership development, learning strategy, talent management, culture change, and organizational development in companies and institutions large and small.
Her early work teaching and leading large-scale change initiatives in higher education taught her that problems rarely have a single cause. Organizational health and leadership became defining areas of expertise, each shaping and reinforcing the other. She carried that understanding into senior leadership roles in the private sector, including Head of Leadership Development at Chief.
At Springboard, she helps organizations tackle the problems that surface as they scale: teams rowing in different directions, decisions stalling, new managers who are unprepared for the task, executives avoiding hard conversations, outdated processes slowing everyone down, high performers with no career path, and employees exhausted by yet another change. Dr. Knight connects the dots across seemingly separate problems, identifying the few actions that will make the biggest difference.
