Springboard designed a customized leadership development experience combining leadership assessments, individual coaching, facilitated learning, and practical application.

Leaders developed greater awareness of their own leadership and communication styles while learning how to work more effectively with people whose approaches differed from their own. The program used experiential learning, peer discussion, reflection, and coaching so participants could apply what they were learning directly to the challenges they were facing at work.

What began with the executive leadership team grew into a broader leadership development initiative. As the partnership continued, Springboard worked with IU Health to evaluate participant feedback and refine the curriculum and experience for subsequent cohorts.
